Who we are

This website is operated by MEDEX EGYPT, 27 Mohie Eldin Abu Al Ezz St, Dokki, Giza, Egypt. It presents our professional products to doctors, clinics and medical centres.

Enquiry forms

The website has no user accounts. When you send a request through one of our forms (for example doctor prices, a product's scientific file, or finding a clinic), the details you type in the form, together with the page you sent it from, are saved to MEDEX's private enquiry list so our sales team can follow up with you. This list is kept in our company Google account (Google Forms and Google Sheets). When you press a WhatsApp button, we also record that a chat was started from that page, without any personal details.

We use this information only to answer your request and to follow up with you as a medical professional. We do not sell or share it with anyone. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the website, which pages they view and which contact buttons they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as your device type, browser and approximate location. We use this information only in aggregate, to improve the website. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

WhatsApp and email

When you press a WhatsApp or email button, your message is sent by you, through WhatsApp or your email provider, directly to our sales team. We use what you send only to reply to your request, for example to share prices with medical professionals or to help you find a clinic.
